Often we can observe some people doing so many tasks in one day and we can categorize them as an effective person. And yet some of us is still struggling to do multiple tasks, unorganized and gives a sloppy work. It is about how are we making the best use of our time, make good use of their resources and skilled at achieving goals. Being effective means a combination of efficiency and skilled execution. 


Then again, the most important question now is HOW CAN YOU BECOME MORE PERSONALLY EFFECTIVE? I would like to share just 4 ways to increase personal effectiveness.

1. UNDERSTAND WHAT MOTIVATES AND INSPIRES YOU

Different people have different goals they want to achieve. Some decides they want to buy a car by the end of the year. Some wants to get their first million dollars after 2 years of business. All of these should be written on a target bud and we have aim and work ourselves to achieve the target.

2. KEEP LEARNING AND IMPROVING YOURSELF

Believe it or not to keep learning and improving we must keep failing. After we pick ourselves up we should be getting better and wiser than before. The famous story of Colonel Sanders starting his business at the age of 65 trying so hard and has been rejected for 1009 times. But what are the odds, the 1010th times he has found success and has been introducing the famous KFC chicken to the whole world.

3. GET ORGANIZED

Don’t get procrastination slow down the rate of your success. Time wasters, source of stress and unnecessary clutter should be cleared up and by changing attitudes towards circumstances will lead to positive changes in the workplace as well as in your personal life.

4. IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH
In psychology, having a good health is important as it is the essential part of human for stress coping. It also improves your mood and concentration as we do sports, it stimulates production of endorphins which is natural mood lifters and makes us feeling more relaxed and optimistic.
