2015 is the year that Malaysia takes on the Chairmanship of ASEAN. Economic integration will remain a strong pillar for the AEC and Malaysia will take a leading role in carrying the grouping towards a prominent role in the global economy.
The HRDF Conference and Exhibition 2015 is organised with the support of the Ministry of Human Resources as a platform to shape the debate on Malaysia’s human capital potential – from recognising the advantage of multi-generational talent to leveraging on synergies and nurturing new skills; from managing a diverse workforce with various ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds to enabling industrial and sectorial movements for optimising resources. Themed People, Prowess, Progress, the conference will deliberate on the power and potential of the people, whose competencies or prowess contribute to the Malaysian economy as it progresses towards the aspirations of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
In line with the aspirations of the AEC, the Conference aims to deliver an outstanding programme with local, regional and global orientation and perspective and is expected to spark meaningful participation and dialogue from HR practitioners and experts from Malaysia and around the world. The event will also be about success stories, lessons learnt, challenges acknowledged and alliances forged. Towards this, we seek the support and participation of remarkable individuals such as yourself in order to make this event a huge success.
The HRDF Conference & Exhibition is noteworthy because it:
- Presents different perspectives on human capital development.
- Brings together leading players, key personalities and decision-makers in the HR space.
- Encourages a meeting of minds to better understand human capital development in Malaysia and to exchange talent and resource ideas.
- Enables specific business, people and talent investment opportunities.
- Provides an opportunity for HR Practitioners to network.
