Why Company Culture Is Important

The culture refers to the values and attitudes of employees in the business ororganization. A healthy corporate culture values each employee in the organization regardless of his job duties, which results in employees working as a team to meet the company's and their own personal needs.
Company culture is more important than ever. It’s not that company culture was ever unimportant, but it’s quickly proving to be a “must-have” rather than a “nice-to-have.”

Characteristics of a spiritual organisation:
  • Strong sense of purpose: Profits may be important, but they are not the primary values of the organisations. People want to be inspired by a purpose they believe is important and worthwhile.
  • Trust and respect: Mutual trust, honesty and openness. Managers are not afraid to admit mistakes.
  • Humanistic work practices : Flexible work schedules, employee, job security
  • Toleration of employee expression: Employee expression are not stifled. The allow people to be themselves – to express their moods and feelings without guilt or fear of reprimand.
