FREE ONLINE CLASSROOM - RESILIENCE & GRIT ONLINE EDITION
Stress is unavoidable because it is a natural function of our brain and body. Instead, if we know how to fully utilize stress, we can use it for success while maintaining a happy and healthy life. Stress is a natural and important function that greatly helps us. We don’t have to hate or try to get rid of stress.
Participants will also learn how to improve their resilience. Resilience (“Daya Tahan”) is their ability to handle stressful situations well. If they don’t have good resilience, they won’t be able to work well in stressful working and life conditions.
Resilience also helps us to better deal with unexpected stress e.g. unexpected emergencies, crisis and major changes. This improves our ability to adapt to changes and improve overall work-life integration.
There are five areas to work on as the foundation of our personal resilience. These cannot be generated immediately in moments of stress. Instead, they have to be gradually developed. Participants will get to explore these and identify practical things they can do to improve each of these.
End of this program, you can expert to..
- Understand what is personal resilience and how it can help you thrive in a busy workplace

FREE ONLINE CLASSROOM - SOCIAL DISTANCING AMONG YOUR STAFF
In response to the uncertainties presented by Covid-19, many companies and universities have asked their employees to work remotely. While 5% of the malaysian workforce already works from home at least part of the time, the new policies leave many employees — and their managers — working out of the office and separated from each other for the first time.
Although it is always preferable to establish clear remote-work policies and training in advance, in times of crisis or other rapidly changing circumstances, this level of preparation may not be feasible. Fortunately, there are specific, research-based steps that managers can take without great effort to improve the engagement and productivity of remote employees, even when there is little time to prepare.
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Overcome the challenges of your team working from home
- Create a productive team while they are working from home
- Explore various methods of communication
- Understand the hurdles of working from home and overcome it
- Create workable sop for your team and yourself
- Exploring various ways of keeping the morale up
