Train the Trainer is a course that is specially designed to help trainers improve their skills for training others. In this course, you will understand the various functions and techniques that you can use to maintain the interest of your students and to motivate them. You will come to know about new approaches that you can use to get better results. This program will not only improve your skills but will also improve your confidence that is needed to train students with different types of behaviour and attitudes.
Fee for this course is RM2,788/pax; effective 1st Jan 2020.
Fee is including 6% of SST, admin fee (RM200/pax) & assessment fee (RM150/pax) for 5-days training.
Also including Course Materials & Meals.
After attending this 5-days training, each of participants will get Certificate of Accomplishment.
Assessment Requirements in Real Training:-
- course outlines
- session plans
- video (opening speech & one of topic during training)
If pass, will get Digital Certificate (HRDF Accredited Trainer); then can conduct any HRDF claimable training programs.
Every 3 years, has to renew the certificate by paying RM60/pax.
If fail, has to repeat the assessment part by paying RM150/pax again to HRDF.
