  • Demonstrate the capability of understanding a problem from different perspectives towards effective decision making (PSDM Principles)

KECEMERLANGAN PENYELIAAN UNTUK KEJAYAAN ORGANISASI

Penyelia adalah pengurus barisan hadapan yang memastikan segala perancangan yang dibuat oleh pihak pengurusan akan terlaksana dengan cara memastikan para pekerja di bawah seliaannya menjalankan pekerjaan sepertimana yang di tetapkan. Gagal atau berjaya sesuatu proses kerja banyak bergantung kepada kecekapan penyelia di dalam merancang, mengimplementasi dan juga bagaimana seseorang penyelia itu berhadapan dengan isu-isu atau karenah-karenah pekerja. 

Penyelia yang cekap dan terlatih akan dapat membawa organisasi ketahap yang lebih baik dan sebaliknya, jika terdapat penyelia yang kurang cekap, ianya akan memberi kesan yang besar kepada sesebuah organisasi. 

  • Mengetahui tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab-tanggungjawab  sebagai penyelia.
  • Mengetahui isu-isu utama di dalam mengurus pekerja dan mahir mengatasinya.
