The BrandLaureate SMEs Best Brands Awards 2011 was
held at Sunway Hotels and Resorts, Subang Jaya on January 12, 2012. Aiming at
celebrating the best brands in the industry, corporations and individuals
representing the best of brands from their respective industries were presented
with brand awards throughout the night.
On this prestigious occasion, Comfori was awarded the Brand
Laureate’s SMEs Best Brands in the Asia Pacific Award in Corporate Branding
Services under the Corporate Training Category. Datuk Jamilah Baba, the former
Director General of MIDA and who was conferred The BrandLaureate – Tun Dr. Siti
Hasmah SMEs Woman of the Year Award 2011, and Dr. KK Johan, President of The
BrandLaureate handed out the award to Mr. Lawrence Lai, the founder and CEO of
Comfori.
This award solidifies Comfori’s position as a leading
brand in the corporate training category. During the inception of the company
10 years ago, no one was able to envision such success for a corporate training
provider with only a handful of employees. Despite that, Comfori now covers not
only professional training workshops but had established itself as a leading
organiser of conferences, exhibitions and team building programmes.
The award ceremony was a proud moment for the company
and the employees. This success would not have been made possible without the
support of all the employees in the company and the continuous support of all
of the clients.
