On the 18th and 19th January 2012, the Malaysia Annual Property Conference 2012 was held at Renaissance Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Ahyat Ishak, Chief Operating Officer of Greater Synergy Group, officiated this event. The conference was organised by Comfori Sdn Bhd and attended by 100 delegates, comprising top-level decision makers in the property and real estate industries.

Along with the Malaysian government’s successful implementation of the Economic Transformation Plan, the commercial property sector is expected to become more competitive. New supply of offices, luxury condominiums, and serviced apartments will affect supply over the next three years and will inflict downward pressure on occupancies and rental prices.
